There are just 3 easy steps to using Harmony candles: You will need someone to do the procedure for you, a small bowl of water, a paper plate, a Harmony candle and a lighter.
1. Cut a cross in the center of the plate large enough to insert the small end of the candle from the bottom. Push the candle through so the burn line is above the plate.
2. Lay down on your side and get comfortable; pull your hair away from your ear. Your partner will light the candle holding it at a safe distance. Use only candles with a patented safety tip.
