Don’t forget to test our products by ordering samples!
Many of our items are personal in nature, and our individual tastes vary—for example regarding color, fragrance, taste or feel. Those with more sensitive skin also need to be extra careful with new products. Because of this, most of our products are available in low-cost sample sizes.
We encourage you to take advantage of the ability to test our products prior to ordering full sizes. This will help you find the products you love most, minimizing the frustration of feeling “stuck” with something that turns out not to be your “thing.” It’s also a lot of fun to try a variety of options!
Many of our items are also natural and have a shelf life. In addition, the integrity of the products is compromised if opened or altered. Our return policy takes this into account to serve all of our customers in the best way.
Please note: Natural ingredients result in variations
Due to the qualities of natural ingredients, there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent of products from batch to batch. During seasonal temperature, changes natural products can become thinner or thicker. This in no way indicates inferiority of the product.
Please “shake it” before you judge it!
Natural ingredients in certain products also settle when they sit. These products need to be shaken before use. Package directions normally, but not always, indicate the need to shake products containing ingredients that settle. This indicates superiority of the product because it shows a lack of the harmful chemicals that keep ingredients from settling. “Shaking it” is a good reminder to yourself that you are using healthy, natural products.
Can I return a product I purchased?
Our products are backed by our No-hassle, 14-day Return Policy. These products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 14 days from the date of delivery by following the return instructions below.
Refunds, issued to the credit card with which the item was purchased, will be for the price of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. If the item was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, a restock fee of actual shipping costs will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise to calculate the refund.
Damaged Merchandise
All freight damages should be reported to White Lotus Living, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged product should be kept in all original packing materials and saved for freight company inspection. Credit will be issued upon approval from freight company.
The following items are not returnable:
- Samples (samples are for testing, by definition).
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Any item not shipped in its original, unopened packaging.
- Any item not shipped together with all parts.
- Cosmetic brushes, due to hygienic reasons.
The following items are only returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Cosmetics and personal care items (excluding cosmetic brushes which are never returnable).
How to return an item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a full sized product and have not opened, used or altered it, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase with your order number. Please email us at customercare@whitelotusliving.com or call us at 805-222-5102 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. pacific time) for a return authorization number (RMA) to authorize the return.
Packages must be properly wrapped, marked with the RMA number, and returned using the same shipping service with which they were sent. Following receipt and inspection, we will issue you a full refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges.
Items not following the instructions in this policy will not be returned and will be neither refunded, exchanged nor credited. We are sorry but samples and sample sets are not refundable.
